Situation

PLUS PACK, a global leader in circular packaging solutions, partnered with DYNACAP to embark on a comprehensive commercial and digital journey to streamline operations across their entire commercial business. The journey began with an in-depth Commercial Excellence assessment, addressing people, processes, and tools to identify opportunities and set the foundation for the transformation and prioritization hereof. This assessment informed the phased approach, starting with Salesforce’s Sales Cloud to optimize sales operations globally and establish a scalable commercial framework. Building on this, we implemented Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) to align sales and marketing efforts followed by Commerce Cloud in 2024 to elevate their e-commerce capabilities. Currently (2025), we are rolling out Service Cloud to transform customer support. This phased, strategic approach reflects PLUS PACK's commitment to driving innovation and building a fully integrated digital ecosystem.

Transformation

PLUS PACK’s digital transformation began with the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, creating a strong foundation for their sales processes with improved visibility and scalability. Building on this success, we conducted a comprehensive digital assessment to identify and prioritize their next steps. This led to the implementation of Account Engagement to automate marketing workflows and enhance sales-marketing alignment. In 2024, we rolled out Commerce Cloud, delivering a robust e-commerce platform that transformed their online sales capabilities. Currently, we are implementing Service Cloud to streamline customer support, optimize case management, and provide a unified view of customer interactions. Each phase of the journey has built on the previous, ensuring a sustainable and cohesive digital transformation.
