Client
M&J Recycling is a global leader in advanced recycling solutions, specializing in shredding technology for recycling metals, plastics, and other materials. The company is known for its commitment to sustainability and resource optimization.
Situation
To support its ambitious global operations, M&J Recycling partnered with DYNACAP to transform its commercial processes and establish a scalable digital foundation. Following its carve-out from the Metso Group, M&J Recycling set out to elevate its sales, service, and quoting processes, aiming for greater efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making. Starting with a comprehensive Salesforce solution, we implemented Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ to align with M&J Recycling’s vision for operational excellence. From the outset, we developed a cohesive framework that streamlined workflows and ensured seamless scalability across their global teams, positioning M&J Recycling to operate more effectively and expand with confidence.
Ambitions
- A Unified Commercial Platform: After its carve-out from the Metso Group, M&J Recycling were aiming to build an efficient and scalable commercial process tool to streamline service, sales, and quoting.
- Enhancing Operational Efficiency: Reducing manual tasks, enabling seamless scalability and a clearer, more structured commercial overview.
- Global scope: Working across multiple geographical locations and standardizing data and processes.
Transformation
To realize their operational ambitions, M&J Recycling partnered with DYNACAP to implement Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), creating a comprehensive solution tailored to its needs. Service Cloud provided a centralized system for managing customer inquiries, support, and case resolution, significantly enhancing customer service. Sales Cloud streamlined the company’s sales processes, offering a robust CRM that improved visibility into pipelines and customer interactions. CPQ automated quoting and pricing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency even when managing complex product configurations.
To further unify operations, a Customer 360 platform was developed, connecting sales and service functions to ensure data integrity and accessibility across the organization. Extensive training and change management supported the teams during implementation, enabling a smooth transition and adoption of the new system.

M&J Recycling has achieved significant milestones through its commercial and digital transformation, including:
