Client

DUOS is a Danish welfare and social services company with 30 years of experience supporting children, youth, and adults with special needs. Headquartered in Valby, Copenhagen, DUOS collaborates with more than 90 municipalities across Denmark. The company delivers a wide range of services, including personal assistance, relief at home, practical help, personal care, and tailored support programs, all characterized by high complexity, strict documentation requirements, and strong demands for transparency and compliance.

Situation

DUOS partnered with DYNACAP to modernize and consolidate its commercial and operational processes on a single, scalable Salesforce platform. Operating in a highly regulated welfare context with many stakeholders – including municipalities, citizens, and internal specialists – DUOS needed a solution capable of handling complex pricing structures, contract management, data collection, and communication flows, while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance.

The ambition was not only to implement new technology, but to establish a long-term digital foundation that could evolve alongside DUOS’ services, regulatory requirements, and organizational needs.

Transformation

The transformation journey began with the implementation of Salesforce CPQ, enabling DUOS to manage complex pricing models, service configurations, and municipal contracts in a structured and scalable way. 

This created a strong commercial backbone and significantly improved accuracy and efficiency in quote and contract handling.

To further support operational processes, Salesforce Forms was implemented to digitize data collection and standardize inputs across cases and services, improving data quality, traceability, and reducing manual handling.

On the marketing side, Account Engagement was introduced to support advanced email automations, segmentation, and campaign execution. The solution has enabled the marketing team to deliver relevant, targeted B2B content to municipalities and other stakeholders at scale, while strengthening alignment between marketing activities and overall business objectives. 

The effectiveness of this setup was reflected in DUOS being shortlisted for the Clever Content Awards 2026 in the category “Best B2B Content Project”, with DYNACAP included as technical partner.

To ensure long-term value, the solution is continuously maintained and developed through DYNACARE, DYNACAP’s solution operations framework. This operational model ensures ongoing optimization, adaptability to regulatory changes, and continuous evolution of the Salesforce platform in line with DUOS’ needs.
