Expect an afternoon focused on Agentic AI in action, with insights from Salesforce and live demos from selected partners across different use cases. You will get the opportunity to explore how organizations can start applying AI in practical ways, connect with peers, and see how Agentforce can support real business processes.
At our DYNACAP session, you'll see how Agentforce combines AI, Salesforce Knowledge, Case Classification, and automated Case Summaries to help service teams resolve cases faster, improve consistency, and unlock the value of their existing knowledge base.

14:00 - 15:10: Partner-hosted breakouts – DYNACAP session
Choose between six breakouts. DYNACAP's session “From Knowledge to Resolution: AI-Powered Service with Agentforce", takes place from 14:00-14:30.
15:10 - 15:30: Coffee break
Take a moment to recharge and network during our coffee break. Enjoy a variety of refreshments and connect with other peers and speakers.

Anne Berit Sletholt
Anne Berit Bull Sletholt is Delivery Director at DYNACAP and works closely with organizations on how to get more value from their Salesforce platform across service, customer engagement, and long-term adoption.
With a strong background in customer service transformation and Salesforce delivery, Anne Berit brings a practical perspective on how service teams can use their existing knowledge base more effectively. In this session, she will show how Agentforce can support faster case resolution, more consistent answers, and a more scalable service experience for both agents and customers.
